PARTICIPATION DISCLAIMER

By attending, volunteering, or participating in any way in the D.J Mama Mia Family & Birthday Floor Show — including but not limited to dance contests, games, audience participation activities, and any other Floor Show activities (collectively, the "Activities") — you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in the Activities is strictly at your own risk. All activities involve physical movement, interaction with other participants, and the potential for slips, falls, collisions, strains, or other injuries. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage to yourself, your children, or your guests that may occur while participating in or observing the Activities.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

DJ Mama Mia, along with ROLLIN' WHEELZ, LLC, its hosts, staff, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, venues, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties"), are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages — whether minor or serious — that may occur during contests, games, dancing, or any other Floor Show activities. The Released Parties shall not be held liable for any claim, demand, cause of action, or damages of any kind arising out of or related to your participation in or attendance of the Activities.

PARENTAL & GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY

Parents, guardians, and supervising adults are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of any minors in their care during the Activities. By allowing a minor to participate, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim brought by or on behalf of a minor.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

In the event of an injury or medical emergency during the Activities, you authorize the Released Parties to seek reasonable medical assistance on your behalf. You agree that you are financially responsible for any medical treatment received.

PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

By participating in the Activities, you also acknowledge the Media Usage Notice — photos and videos taken at the event may be used for promotional, marketing, and site-wide usage across DJMamaMia.com and affiliated social media channels.
