CANCELLATION POLICY
Please review our cancellation terms before booking your event.
CANCELLATION TIMELINE
Full refund of deposit minus a $50 administrative fee.
50% of the deposit will be refunded.
25% of the deposit will be refunded.
No refund. The full deposit is forfeited.
RESCHEDULING
Events may be rescheduled once at no additional charge with a minimum of 14 days notice. Subsequent reschedules are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee and availability. Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of the original date.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event unless other payment arrangements are agreed upon in writing.
Priority Booking (events within 3-7 days): The $300 Priority Fee is non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed.
FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, DJ Mama Mia will work with the client to reschedule without penalty or provide a full refund of all payments.
